When a booking is completed, you will be automatically accepting the following policy/arrangements:

SAFETY

Little Legends would like parents/guardians to enjoy this experience together with their kids.  Parents/guardians are indeed encouraged to engage in all activities with their little ones.  Although a group facilitator will be present for the duration of the session, parents/guardians will remain solely responsible for their children. Therefore, parents/guardians are to supervise their kids at all times.  Little Legends cannot be held responsible for any injuries that might occur.

Little Legends ensures that toys, resources, equipment and other materials are safe for use by young children.

Parents/guardians are also urged to look after their personal belongings as Little Legends cannot be held responsible for any missing and/or stolen items.

POSTPONEMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations require 48-hour advance notice. Otherwise, no refunds can be affected. A transaction fee of €1 is charged for each cancellation. However, a booking can be postponed for a future session. Kindly inform Little Legends if you pass your booking to someone else. A full refund is affected if a session needs to be cancelled by Little Legends due to bad weather or any other reason.

PUNCTUALITY

Sessions have to start at the advised time and run for one hour, we, therefore, recommend that parents/guardians arrive at the venue at least 5 minutes before starting time. At the end of each session, everyone must exit the playing area in a timely manner.

WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU

Comfortable clothes are recommended, as well as an extra change of clothes just in case. Wipes might come in handy too!

PHOTOS/VIDEOS POLICY

No photos/videos are to be taken of other children (close up or in the background) without the prior consent of their respective parents/guardians.
